Initial Assessment

Initial assessment includes static and dynamic analyses of your horse to gain a baseline from which to work. We assess conformation, musculoskeletal symmetry, and gait. Combined with a detailed history and clear goals of the owner/trainer, then develop a treatment plan to facilitate better balance, strength, and flexibility. A report is provided within 72 hours.

Bodywork Sessions

Appropriate techniques are employed for your horse's disposition and physical needs. Techniques include effleurage, compression, cross-fiber friction, deep pressure, trigger point release, and stretching. Session notes are provided within 72 hours.

• Single Session - $100.00

• Serial Sessions (2-4 pre-scheduled per month) - $90.00

Cold Laser Session

A Class 4 Cold Laser is used to support increased circulation, increased lymphatic drainage, and decreased inflammation on areas of concern. These physiological changes then support pain management and improved tissue healing. The laser may be also used to stimulate acupressure sites along the appropriate meridians.

• Single Area - $35.00

• Multiple areas - $25.00/area

• Add-on to Bodywork session - $25.00

• Acupoint Session - $50.00

• Single Area Series (10+ pre-scheduled sessions) - $30.00/each*

• Multiple Area Series (10+ pre-scheduled sessions) - $20/area

Ice - may be applied as an adjunct therapy - $10
Wet Ice is applied via wraps to front or back legs for 20 minutes under supervision

Travel Fee - $25
Travel fee charged for barns outside 25 mile radius from Quail Haven Farm. This fee may be split between clients at the same barn and will be waived if three or more clients schedule for the same day.
